And this one time... on the sales floor....

A sales leader was drunk at a sales event. 🤢

This sales leader thought that it was their job to be the one leading the party at sales events. Always lining up shots late at night.

It resulted in many events where so many inappropriate situations occurred. 🤦. HR!!!

I've learned, for a sales leader, NOTHING good can come from having more than 2 drinks or staying out past 9pm at a sales event.

And the more you do it, the more you're increasing your probabilities of something really bad happening.

The learning lesson here: As a leader, have 2 drinks or less at your sales event and exit the event before 9pm.

You'll be glad you did.
